We Make It Work. As an Account Manager at Doka USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our formwork and shoring solutions to construction professionals. This Account Manager will report into our Southwest Branch Manager and will be responsible for managing and developing the Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins, provide product updates, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the formwork industry through strategic customer acquisition and strengthening current client relationships. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our formwork and shoring products to effectively educate and sell to clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Create customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements. Work closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Concrete construction experience required Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or formwork industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to travel as needed.
