CCS is a one-of-a-kind, parent and family training program supporting individuals with challenging behavior. All CCS teams are collaborative units that work closely to treat challenging behavior in home and community-based settings. The Clinical Technician role is an essential part of the team working closely with Clinical Supervisors and other team members to<strong> provide direct support to clients and families in need.  </strong></p><p>We serve families in all areas of Maricopa County, so positions are available <strong>VALLEYWIDE!  </strong><br><br>This is a full-time <em>(at least 30 hours a week)</em> role that can lead to more hours over time, and we offer competitive payrates from<strong> $21 to $25/hour,</strong> depending on your experience and qualifications.  In addition, any weekend hours worked (on a voluntary basis and dependent on client family needs) are paid at <strong>1.5x your hourly rate</strong>. </p><p><strong>Qualifications  </strong></p><p>Before you apply for this job, make sure you meet the following criteria:  </p><ul><li><p>Staff must be able to provide their own transportation to get to client homes.  </p></li><li><p>Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old.  </p></li><li>Applicants must have at least 6 months of paid work experience working with individuals with Special Needs. </li><li>Ability to maintain a flexible schedule (M-F), anticipated hours are <strong>M-F 10AM-6PM</strong></li></ul><p><strong>About Our CCS Program  </strong></p><p>Complex Care Services has been innovating clinical services in the behavioral health system since 2011. It is a whole family treatment and support model based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
