    "description_html": "<p>GSF Properties Inc.<strong> </strong>is looking for a <strong>Community Manager</strong> in<strong> Bakersfield, CA, </strong>come join a dynamic property management team!</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will oversee the effective management, marketing, and maintenance of the apartment community while achieving the financial objectives of the owner and management company and ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8-5 and Saturdays 10-2.
