    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Technical Finance Systems Analyst - OneStream</strong></p>\n<p><strong>(Remote/Hybrid)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>1-2 days on-site in Mechanicsburg, PA</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>***Employer will not sponsor work visas for this position now or in the future and is not interested in corp.-to-corp. business arrangements at this time.***</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Finance Systems Analyst works as a part of the Finance Systems and Solutions team, primarily focused on project-based development and system enhancements. This position is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of OneStream System maintenance and enhancements related to, but not limited to, business rules, cube views, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations. This position will also assist with normal system maintenance activities, such as metadata maintenance, security updates, and audit support gathering.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The successful candidate pays great attention to detail, can analyze complex business problems, demonstrates strong technical acumen, and is comfortable documenting requirements and outcomes of technical enhancements. In addition, the candidate should be focused on business needs, quality solutions, and data-driven decisions. The successful candidate should possess the ability to independently drive development efforts while collaborating closely with Finance and IT stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Development and troubleshooting of a variety of components, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in all stages of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment</li>\n <li>Continually expand your knowledge of OneStream and financial systems. Stay current on OneStream releases, features, and industry best practices</li>\n <li>Perform design, development, and implementation of OneStream-related enhancements, fixes, and projects. </li>\n <li>Build and maintain business rules, workflows, dashboards, cube view reports, etc. to support business needs.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate the ability to teach/train other team members and communicate professionally with business customers.</li>\n <li>Participate in shared application support to assist functional users on Select Medical’s OneStream application. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes related to all relevant systems.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate an understanding of functionality, maintenance, and support of the core financial systems.</li>\n <li>Support ad-hoc reporting and financial data requests across all divisions.</li>\n <li>Support UAT and other application testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, system implementations, or other integration projects. Assist with developing appropriate documentation such as design specifications, test scripts, user training guides, etc.</li>\n <li>Assist with the Finance Systems SOX reviews, including maintaining documentation and performing internal/external testing.</li>\n <li>Continuously seek opportunities for improving the financial and operational reporting processes.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates behaviors and attitudes consistent with Select Medical’s Mission Statement and Core Values. Shares information with others, balancing confidentiality and sensitivity with the need to communicate to remove silos.</li>\n <li>Consistently demonstrates commitment to customer service excellence in all interactions with internal and external customers by responding to customers in a timely, professional, and effective manner.</li>\n <li>Promotes workplace safety through safe behaviors and by identifying potential risks, addressing them whenever possible, and communicating those risks up the chain of command.</li>\n <li>Identifies and initiates professional growth through continued learning, self-study, and involvement in professional activities and organizations.</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2+ years of relevant OneStream, Hyperion, Cognos, BPC, or other EPM system experience</li>\n <li>Experience working through the entire SDLC from requirements to implementation</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of OneStream business rules, workflows, dashboards, cube views, etc. </li>\n <li>Proficiency with VB.net, C#, SQL, and/or other relevant programming languages</li>\n <li>Aptitude for comprehending and leveraging both financial and technical concepts for continuous improvement and process re-design</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li>\n <li>Solid ability to positively interact with varying skill sets within the company</li>\n <li>Demonstrated history of balancing multiple deliverables with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities</li>\n <li>Excellent organization skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p>Select Medical and its parent company, Select Medical Holdings Corporation (NYSE: SEM), are based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and are honored to be recognized as one of America’s Best-In-State (Pennsylvania) Employers 2020 by Forbes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For more information, visit selectmedical.com or https://youtube.com/SelectMedicalTV.
