Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to align project goals with owner expectations, adhering to contract specifications and upholding the highest standards. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a Project Manager role for a Pulice and FlatironDragados Subsidiary, Roadway Electric: https://roadwayelectric.com/</strong></p>\n<h2>How You Will Make an Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management, ensuring compliance with the project contract and owner needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and equipment resources for timely and accurate project production. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assesses initial project contracts and documents for completeness, resolving specification, contract conflicts, and scheduling issues with the owner. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates with project personnel to update the construction schedule and adjust for change orders, working with the Area Manager on cost or schedule changes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Creates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to Flatiron leadership. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Builds strong internal and external relationships with Flatiron departments and the project owner to support the work plan and payment schedule. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews and approves all media news releases related to the project. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as the main contact for third-party stakeholders, including landowners, local business owners, and government agencies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts daily and weekly safety checks at the project site to ensure compliance with safety programs, facilitating safety reviews and procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates with the project superintendent to identify staffing and equipment needs for efficient project production. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborates with internal legal counsel to resolve project disputes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads project closeout procedures, finalizing contract paperwork, obtaining retainages, and resolving any project claims.
