You will help create a safe, trauma-informed environment where children and families can heal and grow.</p><h3 style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">About the Role</strong></h3><p style=\"background-color: transparent;\">As a Youth Advisor, you are the heart of our daily operations.
