    "description": "<p>People Solutions is looking to add a new Outside Sales Business Development in Lake Placid to our growing team!</p>\n<p>We're a 10-year-old hospitality staffing agency with a US-based centralized recruiting team servicing 20 states remotely. We specialize in temp-to-perm, RPO, VMS and we're moving into direct hire. We have a very busy branch in Lake Placid with clients all over upstate New York and we're looking to open new branches several other locations upstate.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We're looking for someone living in upstate New York with 3+ years of staffing sales experience to help us grow the market!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present and sell staffing/employment services to new and existing customers</li>\n<li>Prospect and contact potential customers</li>\n<li>Large territory management and appointment setting</li>\n<li>Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline</li>\n<li>Resolve customer inquiries and complaints</li>\n<li>Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments</li>\n<li>Create sales material to present to customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years experience selling temporary and temp-to-hire staffing services</li>\n<li>3+ years Regional Sales person experience</li>\n<li>Experience working in the staffing industry</li>\n<li>Versed in excel, powerpoint, and presenting to customers</li>\n<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>\n<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Salary is based on experience, base salary plus commission</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Laptop and cell phone.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ongoing training and development.</span></li>\n<li><span>Competitive salary.</span></li>\n<li><span>Career growth opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Car Allowance and Bonus Potential</span><span>.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>If you meet the requirements and this job meets your skills and interest, please apply with your resume and your hourly pay desired for consideration.
