    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Position Description:</span></strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Central (BC) Functional Analyst with a proven track record in implementing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a Cloud-first environment. This role plays a critical part in our digital transformation journey&mdash;bridging the gap between business operations and technical solutions to ensure our ERP environment evolves in alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>You will collaborate across departments to gather business requirements, design efficient solutions, and ensure best practices are followed through all phases of the project lifecycle&mdash;from discovery and planning through execution and post-go-live support. Your insights and leadership will be essential in delivering robust, scalable, and value-driven ERP solutions.</p><p><strong>General Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, championing the platform across the organization.</li><li>Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Translate business processes into functional specifications and work closely with technical developers to bring solutions to life.</li><li>Design and configure core modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.</li><li>Drive end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Conduct workshops, user training, and ongoing support to promote system adoption and maximize user efficiency.</li><li>Oversee system integrity, ensuring proper data migration, validation, and performance tuning.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation: functional design documents, process flows, test cases, SOPs, and user guides.</li><li>Collaborate with third-party vendors and Microsoft partners on system integrations and custom solutions.</li><li>Proactively manage system updates, patches, and regulatory compliance in partnership with IT and security teams.</li><li>Support change management efforts, including go-live planning, risk mitigation, and hyper-care support.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Analyst or Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically in a Cloud-based environment.</li><li>Deep functional knowledge of BC modules and their interdependencies.</li><li>Strong experience translating business requirements into actionable solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, supply chain, and IT.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>High proficiency in creating functional documentation and process mapping.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative project delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical&nbsp;Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must currently reside in Southern California. &nbsp;No relocation assistance is available.</li><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Constantly&nbsp;communicates&nbsp;with&nbsp;employees&nbsp;and&nbsp;leaders,&nbsp;both&nbsp;verbally&nbsp;and&nbsp;in&nbsp;writing.</li></ul><p><strong>Reports To:&nbsp;</strong>Senior Manager, ERP Solutions</p><p><strong>Accommodation:&nbsp;</strong>Candidates for the position should be able to perform essential job duties in described work environment with or without accommodation.
