    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Reporting to</span><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Project Manager - India you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritising a safe working environment for all involved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage project documentation, including SOPs,HIRA, HAZCOMs,DPRs etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives and maintain the MoM’s.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Close collaboration with cross functions like Air Ops,Projects,SCM,Finance, HR for the smooth functioning of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management working in any power transmission developer/EPC in India with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in project management software's like MS Projects/Monday.com/Primavera.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent working knowledge in MS Office suites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, like Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in working with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.</span></li>\n</ul>",
