These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Maintenance Lead|<strong>North Vernon, IN|HIRING IMMEDIATELY | </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$35.00 per hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Available Shift:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6:45am - 7:00pm (2,2,3 schedule with every other weekend off)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Follow up with the installation and repair of all machinery/equipment in conjunction with the day-to-day activities of maintenance technicians</p></li>\n <li><p>Performs equipment and repair parts data entry and management/ Maximo</p></li>\n <li><p>Assists other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and training</p></li>\n <li><p> May perform work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments</p></li>\n <li><p> Implement and maintain an effective maintenance management system and repairs parts inventory control system through Maximo software</p></li>\n <li><p> Responsible for the safety and training of Maintenance technicians.</p></li>\n <li><p> Responsible for supporting equipment for the plant such as air compressors, chillers, and pumps.</p></li>\n <li><p> Responsible for housekeeping in our designated areas</p></li>\n <li><p> Ensure crews have vacation coverage</p></li>\n <li><p> Responsible for ensuring adequate maintenance coverage in the Converting Department.</p></li>\n <li><p> Responsible for communicating various information to their crews, example First aids, TIRS, procedure changes.</p></li>\n <li><p> Sending daily reports</p></li>\n <li><p> Follow the escalation plan and reporting part issues to Maint. Manager.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven, verifiable experience as a maintenance technician is required.
