Sunday - Thursday)</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>*** Training on 1st shift 6:30AM to 2:30PM for about 4 to 6 weeks.</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Aramid Saw Operator</strong>: Starting at $22.29 per hour on<strong>&nbsp;3rd<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Shift!</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Startup/verify secondary equipment (vacuum blower, dust collector) is operating.</li>\r\n\t<li>Check schedule to determine next order to process.</li>\r\n\t<li>Read work order instructions and process specifications.</li>\r\n\t<li>Use overhead crane to load/unload Aramid blocks from saw table.</li>\r\n\t<li>Set up and run horizontal band saw to cut slices to specified thickness.</li>\r\n\t<li>Change saw blades and guides using small hand tools.</li>\r\n\t<li>Iron backing material onto blocks.</li>\r\n\t<li>Measure blocks and slices using tape measure and micrometer.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Load slices into clean core machine to remove dust and measure slice thickness.</li>\r\n\t<li>Print label and tag individual slices.</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspect blocks and slices for quality issues.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete associated paperwork.</li>\r\n\t<li>Enter process and work order information into computer system to maintain accurate records.</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor equipment and make setup adjustments as necessary.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with management representatives regarding any material or equipment concerns.</li>\r\n\t<li>Record production and scrap information on team board charts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain an inventory of supplies.
