This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experience from purchase through post-delivery, while also supporting internal tools, school programs, and marketing initiatives.\\r\\n\\r\\nThis position serves as a key connection point between customers, fulfillment, marketing, and educational sales teams, ensuring orders are processed smoothly, questions are answered quickly, and continuous improvements are made based on customer feedback.\\r\\n\\r\\nDuties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nCustomer Service\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tManage all email, chat, and phone inquiries related to online orders \\r\\n\\tCommunicate order updates, ETAs, and vendor delays clearly and proactively \\r\\n\\tEnhance the customer experience through thoughtful touches such as order inserts, small gifts, and personalized notes \\r\\n\\t&nbsp;Partner closely with Fulfillment and Shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing \\r\\n\\tMonitor customer feedback and identify trends, escalating recurring issues as needed \\r\\n\\tManage and optimize Gorgias (CRM) across departments\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nReturns &amp; Post-Purchase Support\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tProcess returns, issue credits, and handle exchanges.\\r\\n\\tInspect returned products and route them to the correct department.\\r\\n\\tTrack and report return reasons to help improve processes and reduce friction\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nDirector Portal &amp; Better Than Rent Support\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tCollaborate with Educational Representatives to promote and support usage of the Director Portal \\r\\n\\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date pricing within the Director Portal \\r\\n\\tManage homepage updates and exclusive content pages \\r\\n\\t&nbsp;Support new initiatives and enhancements within the platform \\r\\n\\t&nbsp;Partner with Operations to maintain accurate Better Than Rent school listings\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nMarketing Support\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tAssist with social media initiatives \\r\\n\\tSupport live selling setup and promotion \\r\\n\\tHandle printing, cutting, and preparation of marketing materials \\r\\n\\tTrack and manage folder orders for school programs\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nPreferred Qualifications:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Graphic Design, or a related field\\r\\n\\t1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role.\\r\\n\\tStrong understanding of ecommerce platforms, Preferably Shopify.\\r\\n\\tProficiency in basic image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or similar).\\r\\n\\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\\r\\n\\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\\r\\n\\tAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp; &nbsp; \\r\\n\\tAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.\\r\\n\\tCustomer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service.\\r\\n\\tFamiliarity with online marketing principles and tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing).\\r\\n\\tExperience or interest social media a plus. \\r\\n\\tA passion for music and an understanding of musical instruments and accessories is a plus.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nWork Environment\\r\\n\\r\\nOffice-type working conditions.&nbsp;Physical Demands: The responsibilities of this position may frequently require using hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing.
