This full-time role offers deep exposure to investment research, portfolio construction, and client strategy within a single asset class or investment team. Analysts will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation for a long-term career in asset management. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location(s): Milwaukee, WI or Indianapolis, IN</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the evaluation and monitoring of investment portfolios, helping to identify potential risks, opportunities, and performance trends. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research analysts, portfolio managers, and traders, to support investment initiatives. </li>\n <li>Engage in ad-hoc projects, such as performance attribution analysis, risk management assessments, and scenario modeling. </li>\n <li>Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, seeking opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to discussions. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field</li>\n <li>Passion for investments and a keen interest in fixed income and equities markets.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of financial concepts and basic investment principles.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, financial modeling, python and relevant business intelligence tools.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate financial data effectively.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li>\n <li>Proactive mindset, showing initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Please note</strong></em><em>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
