You are the bridge between design vision and technical reality</li><li><strong>Work closely with the Head of Product Design and Head of Product</strong> to ensure the design system reflects and supports the product strategy</li><li><strong>Ensure adoption within the development team</strong> - you make sure the design system doesn’t gather dust in documentation but is consistently used in daily code</li><li><strong>Safeguard UI quality</strong> through reviews, testing, and systematic consistency checks across all product areas</li><li><strong>Help shape a new design process</strong> that natively integrates AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Lovable - vibe coding is not a buzzword for us but lived practice</li><li><strong>Anchor design system rules in AI-supported workflows</strong> - e.g., through skills, prompts, and configurations so that AI-generated code also meets our standards</li><li><strong>Optimize performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and code quality</strong> - especially where AI-generated code meets production requirements</li></ul>"
