          "text": "<p>Role: CAD Engineer<br />Location: Memphis, TN<br />Duration: Fulltime<br /><br />BGV will be done for the selected candidates.<br /><br />Technical Skills:<br />Interacts with business partners and/or IT staff to gather and document information related to requirements and/or WLAN project.<br />Should have experience in Network infrastructure<br />Should have fair technical understanding of routers/switches/firewall/LB/WLAN etc.,<br />Study, analyze and document customer’s business processes and operational scenarios and associates them to software deliverables.<br />Create designs/drafts using AutoCad, MS Visio, or other software<br />Produce, consistent, high quality building layouts to be used designing WLAN networks<br />Maintain high level production rates<br />Learn new software and adapt to new technologies when required<br />Reliable attendance and willing to work to project completion against deadlines<br />Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, management and customer or local representatives<br />Process Skills:<br />Experience/specialized knowledge in the definition, design and implementation of wireless infrastructure platforms (Cisco and Motorola a plus)<br />Intermediate-level knowledge in routing and switching, as well as other areas of IP networking and LAN switching<br />Knowledge of RADIUS and TACACS<br />Hands-on experience with WAN network topologies and hardware (MPLS, private line, etc.)<br />Ability to produce detailed documentation including data flow diagrams, logical diagrams and physical diagrams as needed (technical writing skills also a plus)<br />Intermediate level troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment Coordinate the process to analyze, evaluate, implement, and maintain systems developed internally and/or externally with an outside vendor.<br />Assist in the development of project definitions, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, progress reports, and presentations.<br />Transition product support to systems operations, Knowledge Transfer to other stakeholders in order to understand the requirement.<br />Provide basic communication to teams regarding business requirements, Impact Analysis.<br />Assist in establishing end user training.<br />Behavioral Skills:<br />Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills<br />Qualification:<br />Bachelor&apos;s degree/equivalent, preferably in business, finance or related discipline.
