    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>The Systems Analyst will ensure the operational functionality of system releases by focusing on all aspects of system design and engineering/integration. The Systems Analyst will work with STEI stakeholders, development and support teams to develop and integrate secure capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing on-site engineering, support, and research of SIGINT/IO/EW/CSO systems</li>\n <li>Identifying, de-conflicting, and orchestrating integration of innovative technology being developed throughout the community</li>\n <li>Supporting systems engineering over a broad range of hardware types including RF assemblies, power supplies (AC and DC), FPGAs, digital signal processors, network/server equipment, and embedded architectures</li>\n <li>Planing, testing, and providing technical expertise to the identification of innovative technology within the community</li>\n <li>Evaluating vendor capabilities to provide required products and services</li>\n <li>Analyzing, interpreting, and generating engineering schematics and change notices</li>\n <li>Performing system and performance modeling</li>\n <li>Performing root cause analysis</li>\n <li>Designing hardware with respect to component/assembly analysis, specification, integration, and testing</li>\n <li>Reviewing RF System/Subsystem analysis and specification</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#LI-LH1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline </li>\n <li>10 years of full-time professional experience in the design, implementation, installation, configuration, maintenance, integration, and deployment of Carry On Equipment systems to also include wireless and wired computer networks and devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls</li>\n <li>DoD Approved DFARS 252.239-7001 Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification, minimum IAT Level II</li>\n <li>Three years of full-time demonstrated experience with remote Carry On Equipment dataflow configuration and management to include experience with data leveling, data transformation and data ingestion protocols for compliance with national Carry On Equipment enterprise repositories</li>\n <li>Three years of full-time demonstrated experience with engineering Carry On Equipment data configuration and routing methodology to meet mission requirements and post mission delivery to end users</li>\n <li>Three years of professional experience in the following skillsets/disciplines: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Windows Active Directory Services/Primary Domain Controller (PDC) </li>\n   <li>Windows configuration, administration and deployment </li>\n   <li>Linux configuration, administration and deployment </li>\n   <li>Virtual-Machine Deployment, i.e., VMWare/vSphere </li>\n   <li>Apache NiFi </li>\n   <li>Hardware and software configuration management (e.g. tracking bugs, enhancements, requirements, risks, test results, and tasks) </li>\n   <li>System and Network Security related activities to include design, implementation, configuration and enforcement of security controls on network, hardware, and software components and devices</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Certified SYSADMIN in Windows or Linux</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>None</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
