    "requisitionDescription": "<p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">US Heart and Vascular is in need of a full time Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our float pool team at Heartplace in the Dallas, TX area.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Explains procedures to patients and obtains informed consent from patient.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Administers all in-office nuclear tests.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Images, processes, and formats images for physician interpretation.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintains cleanliness of nuclear room.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Documents test results to physicians and patients, as directed by physician.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Verifies patient appointments the day before, to ensure use of isotope.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assists in notifying patients of special instructions prior to testing, i.e., &ldquo;do not take any medication 24 hours prior to visit.&rdquo;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Nuclear Medicine Technologist will assist physicians as needed.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintains current CPR certification.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Always adheres to company safety standards, such that no serious (requiring medical attention) injury occurred during the prior 12-month period.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Follows other policies and procedures such that there are no verbal or written warnings during the evaluation period.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Performs all other duties as required.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Degree or appropriate certification training.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Minimum two years cardiovascular screening experience.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Minimum two years&#39; experience in nuclear thallium testing.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">ARRT and/or NMTCB registry and current Texas licensure in Nuclear Medicine.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Current CPR certification.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>About Dallas, TX:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Dallas offers a strong job market, vibrant culture, and a lower cost of living than other major cities.
