The SWA will provide operational subject matter expertise to PMA-299 and associated organizations. The candidate requires extensive experience in Multi-Mission Helicopter (MH-60) Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), as well as experience with current mission systems and future capability development. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Operational Test and/or Fleet exercise and technology experimentation/demonstration experience at the operational and tactical levels is greatly desired to support PMA-299 advanced development and S&amp;T initiatives.  Demonstrated communications skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools a must.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Job Functions</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop roadmaps, tailored briefing, and decision products to inform stakeholders and key working groups as to the status of the respective portfolio and potential capability gap/technology insertion opportunities.</li>\n<li>Identify Science and Technology opportunities in systems, sensors, and equipment to be monitored, assisted, or transitioned to programs of record.</li>\n<li>Monitor and provide analysis of advanced system development, test and evaluation, and fleet experiments and demonstrations.</li>\n<li>Serve as liaison between PMA-299 and fleet users to ensure mission requirements are being addressed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree (required) – Technical Degree (preferred)</li>\n<li>Senior MH-60 Pilot (required)</li>\n<li>Weapon and Tactics Instructor (WTI) (preferred)</li>\n<li>Operational Test or Exercise Planning experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> National Capital Region (DC, VA, MD)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10-25% contract dependent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: gray\">2 Circle, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
