    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled TAR - Welder Helper to join our team in the Oil and Gas Extraction Mining and Quarrying industry. As a Welder Helper, you will be responsible for assisting welders in the fabrication, installation, and repair of metal structures and equipment. Your main goal will be to ensure that all welding tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the welding team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous experience as a welder helper or in a similar role</li><li>Knowledge of welding equipment and techniques</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Certification in welding or a related field</li><li>Experience working in the Oil and Gas Extraction Mining and Quarrying industry</li><li>Experience with welding inspection and testing</li><li>Experience with welding software and technology</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist welders in the fabrication, installation, and repair of metal structures and equipment</li><li>Prepare materials and equipment for welding</li><li>Operate welding equipment under the supervision of a welder</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and guidelines</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a TAR - Welder Helper, you will use your knowledge of welding equipment and techniques to assist welders in the fabrication, installation, and repair of metal structures and equipment.
