    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Tactica Solutions is seeking a Biometrics & Identity Intelligence Analyst to support national-level intelligence and security operations in Charlottesville, VA. The analyst will provide all-source Identity Intelligence (I2) analysis to enhance force protection, counterterrorism, and counterintelligence missions by producing analytic assessments and identity intelligence products that inform decision-makers across the defense and intelligence community.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Typical Job Duties and Tasks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct all-source analysis and research focused on biometric and identity intelligence.</li>\n <li>Produce analytic products supporting global missions and government customers.</li>\n <li>Fuse identity attributes (biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, reputational) to assess threat actors and networks.</li>\n <li>Employ tools such as BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Analyst Notebook, BAT, TIDE, QLIX, and open-source research.</li>\n <li>Coordinate analysis production with senior analysts and team leads.</li>\n <li>Brief mission and production topics to government and military audiences.</li>\n <li>Support a 24/7 operational team; shift work may include nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum six (6) years relevant experience; two (2) years acceptable with an Associate’s Degree.</li>\n <li>Strong research, writing, and structured analytic tradecraft.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft.</li>\n <li>Experience with the tools/databases listed above.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently and in teams; receptive to feedback and analytic debate.</li>\n <li>Strong briefing and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Security Clearance</strong>Active TS/SCI required prior to start.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Location: </strong>Charlottesville, Virginia, United States</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
