Excellent—we have a great career opportunity for you within our Operational Efficiency team!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Coordinator - Digital Solutions and Business Applications, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the work of a technical team dedicated to initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing business applications. You will work closely with head office and subsidiary teams to deliver value-added solutions, relying on agile practices and a strong understanding of the application ecosystem. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Specifically, you will be responsible for:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with the Director of Operational Efficiency to ensure alignment of priorities and support the evolution of the team's mission</li>\n <li>Ensure consistent, robust, and secure development of the business application ecosystem (Salesforce, Microsoft, Jira, ERP, etc.)</li>\n <li>Design and deploy digital solutions (automation, application configuration or in-house development) that contribute to achieving the organization's strategic objectives</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Operational Efficiency Advisors to identify technological solutions that support process improvement</li>\n <li>Set priorities and supervise the team's work, ensuring effective performance management with a focus on partner satisfaction, deliverable quality, and value creation</li>\n <li>Organize work in an agile environment (scrum, sprints, backlog, reviews and retrospectives) to ensure progress and timely delivery of solutions </li>\n <li>Develop team capabilities and promote the adoption of best practices in agility and continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, information technology, business administration, or another related discipline)</li>\n <li>Have a solid understanding of configuration, programming, and development concepts related to business applicastions (ERP, CRM, communication tools, work management, document management, etc.)</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean principles</li>\n <li>Have at least 10 years of experience in continuous improvement and in team management or supervision</li>\n <li>Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing*</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively</li>\n <li>Possess strong analytical skills and a well‑developed sense of organization</li>\n <li>Consistently seek improvement and show openness to change</li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>InnovMetric offers excellent working conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible work schedule, allowing for a good balance between personal and professional life</li>\n <li>Possibility of teleworking </li>\n <li>Competitive salary </li>\n <li>Group insurance and telemedicine service</li>\n <li>Free tea, coffee, and parking</li>\n <li>Sports and social activities as well as IMBand music group (check it out on Youtube!)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We thank you for your interest in this position.
