We got here by investing in our people.</p>\n<p>We're hiring an experienced Diesel Technician at our Covington location to join a crew that takes pride in the work and looks out for each other. If you've got a couple of years of wrench time and you're ready to grow — we want to talk.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Be Doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Independent Wrenching:</span> Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced air systems (compressors, dryers, valves), HVAC systems, and steering components.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bolt-On Components:</span> Manifolds, turbos, water pumps, fan drives, and air compressors.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inspections &amp; Alignments:</span> Federal DOT inspections and accurate alignments using our shop equipment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Troubleshooting:</span> Tracking down starting and charging issues — alternators, batteries, starters.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Systems:</span> Brakes, wheel-end assemblies, drivelines, suspensions, and tire service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Where This Role Can Take You:</span></p>\n<p>We're not looking to plug a seat. We're looking for someone who wants to build something here. That means:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skill Development:</span> Ongoing training on the systems and equipment you work with every day — and the new ones coming down the pike.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advancement Paths:</span> Lead technician, shop foreman, specialty diagnostic roles, training roles — we promote from within whenever we can.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Location Exposure:</span> With multiple shops across the region, there's room to grow geographically too, if that's what you want.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A Voice That Matters:</span> Our best ideas come from the bay floor. We listen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> At least 2 years of hands-on work on heavy-duty trucks.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Credentials:</span> Valid driver's license and a High School diploma (or equivalent).
