About the Opportunity
Gold & Blue Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead marketing, events, and fan engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for executing high-impact events, managing digital and email marketing efforts, and enhancing the overall fan and guest experience. The position will also support revenue-generating initiatives and special projects, working cross-functionally across the athletic department and external partners.

Plan, coordinate, and execute athletic-related events, premium hospitality experiences, and fan activations Oversee all event logistics including vendors, catering, rentals, staffing, and on-site execution Ensure a high-quality, detail-oriented guest experience for fans, donors, sponsors, and partners Serve as a key point of contact during events, resolving issues and ensuring seamless operations Marketing & Fan Engagement
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and partnerships Enhance fan engagement through creative promotions and experiences Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, branding, and campaign strategy Social Media & Content
Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, on-brand content Create and execute content strategies that drive reach, engagement, and attendance Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly Email Marketing & CRM
