The Utility Technician supports the Utilities Maintenance Manager and ensures all assigned utility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards.</p><h3 data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"776\"><strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"776\">Job Functions and Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"2307\"><li data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"865\"><p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"865\">Ensure the normal operation of company compressed air and gas supply equipment.</p></li><li data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"967\"><p data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"967\">Perform daily inspections of air supply facilities and maintain accurate operational records.</p></li><li data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1107\"><p data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1107\">Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot sudden or emergency failures of gas supply facilities, documenting all activities.</p></li><li data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1191\"><p data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1191\">Analyze emergency failures and propose corrective and preventive solutions.</p></li><li data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1329\"><p data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1329\">Develop and implement monthly maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) plans based on system operation and inspection results.</p></li><li data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1463\"><p data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1463\">Prepare and manage spare parts inventories and maintain an updated monthly spare parts reserve plan for gas supply equipment.</p></li><li data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1597\"><p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1597\">Support the installation, commissioning, debugging, acceptance, and operator training for new equipment and air hose systems.</p></li><li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1699\"><p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1699\">Monitor and record gas consumption, calculate usage costs, and provide utility cost analysis.</p></li><li data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1797\"><p data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1797\">Participate in technical improvement and optimization projects for gas supply facilities.</p></li><li data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1908\"><p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1908\">Manage and maintain special equipment and pressure vessels in compliance with regulatory requirements.</p></li><li data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"2045\"><p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2045\">Perform maintenance and management of central air conditioning systems and chilled water systems, including spare parts control.</p></li><li data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2131\"><p data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2131\">Maintain 5S standards for gas stations and utility spare parts storage areas.</p></li><li data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2203\"><p data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2203\">Maintain and manage logistics doors and access control systems.</p></li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2271\"><p data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2271\">Maintain and manage the company pager/communication system.</p></li><li data-start=\"2272\" data-end=\"2307\"><p data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2307\">Perform other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p data-start=\"2309\" data-end=\"2439\"><strong data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2468\">Qualifications</strong></p><ul data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"3346\"><li data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2544\"><p data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2544\">Languages commonly used in the workplace are English and Mandarin.</p></li><li data-start=\"2545\" data-end=\"2679\"><p data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2679\">Ability to read, understand, and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, maintenance instructions, diagrams, and schedules.</p></li><li data-start=\"2680\" data-end=\"2788\"><p data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2788\">Ability to communicate effectively with team members, engineers, leadership, and internal customers.</p></li><li data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2943\"><p data-start=\"2791\" data-end=\"2943\">Three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience and/or technical training;
