The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position pays $18.80  / hour and is located at the Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) - 1701 FL 85 Eglin ARB, FL 32542</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a Temporary position. The Temporary window starts in May 2026 and ends in or before August 2026. This position cannot exceed 90 days. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We have the following schedule available: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday: OFF</li>\n <li>Tuesday: 7:00am to 3:00pm </li>\n <li>Wednesday: 7:00am to 3:00pm </li>\n <li>Thursday: 7:00am to 3:00pm </li>\n <li>Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm </li>\n <li>Saturday: 7:00am to 3:00pm </li>\n <li>Sunday: OFF</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Or</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday: 10:00am to 6:00pm </li>\n <li>Tuesday: 10:00am to 6:00pm </li>\n <li>Wednesday: 10:00am to 6:00pm </li>\n <li>Thursday: 10:00am to 6:00pm </li>\n <li>Friday: OFF</li>\n <li>Saturday: OFF  </li>\n <li>Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner</li>\n <li>Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services</li>\n <li>Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment</li>\n <li>Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information</li>\n <li>Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors</li>\n <li>Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist to assess condition of rental upon return</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known customer problems</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance</li>\n <li>Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support</li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years\n  <ul>\n   <li>Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)<strong>  </strong></li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n <li>This a temporary position and you may work up to a maximum of 90 days during the defined season. </li>\n</ul>",
