Technicians will need to complete proper inventory, ticket management and asset recording prior to and during installation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install and support wireless access points at customer location.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all on-site installations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all on-site activities related to installation, configuration, and testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completion of physical and wireless site surveys at customer locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and update work orders, expense reports and time sheets to respective departments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Function as a liaison between cb20 team and the customer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel to customer locations and possess a flexible work schedule. Possibility of after-hours or early morning installations with proper notice.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be responsible for operating company vehicle and maintaining equipment stock.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:       </span>AAS degree in computer science preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span>:     2+ years’ experience with field services support and network cabling.</p>\n<p>                          2+ years’ experience with PC systems, related peripherals, structure cabling, <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">common                                                     software programs and operating systems.</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">                                 </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">                               A valid driver’s license is required with a clean driving record</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Standards:    </span>Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:              </span>Ability to thoroughly and accurately perform inventory and asset recording and complete paperwork as required by customer. The ability and willingness to travel (including a weekend departure, traveling during off-hours, and frequent overnight stays). Ability to perform final configuration tasks on customer premise. Excellent customer service and communication skills.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working time</span>: 40 hours/week.
