    "description": "<p><strong>Who We’re Looking For </strong></p>\n\n<p>CREtelligent is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Director (EPD) to support the continued growth of our commercial environmental due diligence and project management team. This role is critical to supporting real estate transactions through the oversight of environmental due diligence, site investigations, and risk assessments. </p>\n\n<p>The EPD will work closely with our Environmental Professional (EP) team to review and approve environmental reports, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards across commercial real estate assets.  </p>\n\n<p>At CREtelligent, we take a modern approach to environmental due diligence by combining advanced data and analytics with best-in-class technical report review practices. Our work empowers clients to make informed, proactive decisions with confidence. As part of our team, you will collaborate within our proprietary platform, RADIUS, and engage directly with clients to deliver a comprehensive suite of environmental risk assessment products and services nationwide. </p>\n\n<p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Serve as a senior reviewer for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).  If dual-scope experience (a plus), you will also be the senior reviewer for Property Condition Assessments (PCAs).  Occasional time spent in the field conducting site assessments, in your local market.   </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Be the senior level technical reviewer, responsible for reviewing and approving reports. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both internal team collaboration and client-facing interactions. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Lead with deep expertise in commercial real estate due diligence, including: </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Synthesizing diverse data sets to develop comprehensive client deliverables. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Providing final conclusions and professional opinions as the designated Environmental Professional (EP). </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Operating independently with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects simultaneously. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Serving as a key contributor within the environmental team, with the capability to immediately step into project management responsibilities. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>",

As the primary caregiver to a newborn, we provide 12 weeks paid leave + another 4 weeks of part-time paid transition time to support your return. As the supporting caregiver, we provide 6 weeks of paid leave.
