    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>All Source Analyst</strong> to join our team at <strong>Lackland AFB </strong>supporting <strong>16</strong><strong>th</strong><strong> Air Force (16 AF)</strong>.  The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft skills to support16 AF leadership, operations center, and subordinate units </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong> to support IW planning and operations, and other 16 AF mission areas. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform <strong>analytical tradecraft support</strong>, including the development of intelligence products, and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Draft/staff guidance, identify gaps in current policies or architectures (CONOPS/TTPs), and research new analytic outreach opportunities to strengthen the Air Force's role within the Intelligence Community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel may be required (Up to 15%) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience / Education:</strong> 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with Phd</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>. </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>all-source analysis training course</strong> or specialized intelligence certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience planning or providing technical support to Large Force Employment exercises </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience at the Number Air Force level or similar military organization.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting IW, Cyber, and ISR operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.  </li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Lackland AFB</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
