    "description": "<p>FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION TRAVELLING SUPERINTENDENT – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma</p>\n<p>Hybrid: some on-site work required</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Onsite Construction Group focuses on the development of its employees, career growth, and leadership opportunities. We have a growing portfolio with strong backlog and are excited to bring on a Federal Construction Travelling Superintendent with at least 5+ years of experience in construction projects in the Oklahoma City market (preferred). Onsite offers a competitive salary with benefits and is an equal opportunity employer.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Construction Travelling Superintendent will be responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and monitor a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project, enforcing and monitoring compliance with VA and OSHA safety regulations; ensure all safety protocols are implemented and documented</li>\n<li>Coordinate work on assigned projects to be completed on or ahead of contract schedule</li>\n<li>Oversee trade partners and full construction project daily</li>\n<li>Coordinating weekly trade partner meetings and managing LEAN Construction principles</li>\n<li>Ability to create and maintain detailed construction schedules. MS Project experience a plus.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain an effective and professional onsite working relationship with Owners, Contracting Officers, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.</li>\n<li>Plan and maintain job-site logistics &amp; security</li>\n<li>Manage quality assurance program and third-party consultants to comply with project specifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Construction Superintendent must have the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Federal and/or private industry construction superintendent</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of project sequencing and trade partner activities</li>\n<li>Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary</li>\n<li>Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Certification/Training is a plus</li>\n<li>Must be capable of being on their feet for long periods of time</li>\n<li>A technically savvy individual who has fantastic communication skills</li>\n<li>Having a good reputation and relationships in the surrounding Oklahoma City area is a plus!</li>\n<li>Honest, Reliable, and Represent the Company with the highest of Character.</li>\n<li>Verifiable experience with solid references.</li>\n<li>Able to pass pre-employment background check and 9 panel drug screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Recommended Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Control experience.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is preferred</li>\n<li>Proven commitment to safety and building relationships with project stakeholders</li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction software programs (i.e. Procore, MS Project, Blue Beam, etc.)</li>\n<li>Experience in Lean building methods preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 30</li>\n<li>Supervising experience</li>\n<li>Commercial building projects</li>\n<li>ProCore</li>\n<li>Contract management</li>\n<li>Bluebeam</li>\n<li>Understanding of IRCA requirements for hospital construction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Offer<br>Package includes but is not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly Competitive Salary</li>\n<li>Health/Dental/Vision/Life Benefits</li>\n<li>Vehicle Allowances</li>\n<li>Company Phone/Computer</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>401K with matching 4%</li>\n<li>Weekly Direct Deposit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This Job is:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>ONSITE WILL NOT CONSIDER APPLICANTS FROM RECRUITERS</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
