Heavy Equipment Operator Company: Loenbro, LLC Location: Andrews, TX Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Job Summary Loenbro Pipeline is looking to hire experienced heavy equipment operators. The operator position will be responsible for completing pipeline-based projects. Qualified local applicants and PEC certificate holders are preferred. Essential Job Responsibilities Daily inspection of equipment Light maintenance on equipment as needed Operation of a variety of heavy equipment Daily Reporting Actively participate in company safety culture Safely perform labor tasks assigned by supervisor Safely operate assigned equipment Work diligently on assigned tasks Notify supervisor in a timely manner of any job related issues, incidents or accidents Work in collaboratively with supervisor and fellow employees Report any equipment abnormalities to the supervisor immediately Accurately report daily hours worked to supervisor Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations. Minimum Qualifications Required: Minimum 3+ years’ experience Strong understanding of safety regulations for construction sites Thorough understanding of the safe and proper operation of Heavy Equipment. Experience with track hoe, dozer and blade operators Preferred: Experience working on pipeline-specific sites preferred. Work Environment: Active outdoor construction sites Walking on uneven terrain, with an average of 2 miles per day Standing Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel Use of respirator if position requires Driving if required to travel This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
