We specialize in new construction builds and the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems in accordance with current electrical codes and customer specifications. We promote working safely and efficiently, with a keen eye on keeping customer’s equipment running well.</p>\n<p><b>Role:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cut, thread, bend, assemble, and install conduits and other types of electrical conductor enclosures and fittings</li>\n <li>Pull wire and cable through conduits, position, maintain and install distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breaker panels, and fuse enclosures, install single and multi-wire cables above and underground, install data cabling, and install and maintain fiber optic and signaling systems</li>\n <li>Work in the full range of environmental conditions: including outside in all weather</li>\n <li>Install fixtures and devices for industrial applications and systems</li>\n <li>Perform well with mechanical ability and a thorough knowledge of the principles of electricity, circuitry, and power distribution systems, and familiarity with the materials and techniques of construction</li>\n <li>Safely troubleshoot repairs logically and efficiently</li>\n <li>General building maintence task, Example, door repair, lock repair, minor plumbing, minor carpentry may be required as well.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Who are you?</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5+ years of trade experience&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and all other applicable legislation required</li>\n <li>Building Automation Controls experience</li>\n <li>Fire Alarm experience</li>\n <li>Power and Distribution panel experience</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, and willing to learn</li>\n <li>Work well independently and be a team player</li>\n <li>Good writing and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Basic computer application knowledge, example: CMMS</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Excellent interpersonal relationship skills</p>\n  <p><b>NOTE: Stationary role with Union Local UA787 - Must have ability to join this union</b></p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><span>This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range as per the collective agreement.</span></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
