Whether you&#39;re starting out or leveling up, Academy is a place where fun can’t lose!</p><h2></h2><h2><b>What You Will Work On</b></h2><p>As a Softlines Manager, you will lead the Apparel and Footwear areas with a strong balance of people leadership and operational execution. Each day, you will translate sales trends, merchandise strategies, and operational priorities into clear plans that drive results on the sales floor. Your focus on standards, presentation, and execution will help create an engaging shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.</p><p></p><p>You will own department performance by developing talent, managing labor, and ensuring visual and merchandising excellence. Through consistent coaching, floor presence, and data‑driven decision making, you will elevate both individual and team performance. You will also partner with store leadership to execute company initiatives, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how the business operates.</p><p></p><h2><b>Who You Will Work With</b></h2><p>You will work closely with the Store Director and fellow leaders to align on priorities, performance goals, and store‑wide initiatives. Together, you will collaborate on staffing strategies, talent development, and operational execution that supports both the customer experience and business outcomes.</p><p></p><p>On the floor, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of associates, building strong relationships through communication, trust, and accountability.
