This position supports guests in their day-to-day routine and provides redirection and support as needed to ensure a secure, respectful, and recovery-focused atmosphere.</p><hr data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1290\"><h3 data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1320\"><strong data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1320\">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"2860\"><li data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1400\"><p data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1400\">Ensure the physical safety and confidentiality of all guests at Alina Lodge.</p></li><li data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1494\"><p data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1494\">Monitor guest attendance, location, and compliance with the Lodge&rsquo;s rules and expectations.</p></li><li data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1592\"><p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1592\">Report any unusual mental or physical behavior to the appropriate clinical staff or supervisor.</p></li><li data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1665\"><p data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1665\">Respond appropriately to emergencies until additional support arrives.</p></li><li data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1722\"><p data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1722\">Manage daily routines and support facility operations.</p></li><li data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1850\"><p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1850\">Maintain a visible and engaged presence to redirect and report inappropriate behavior in a professional and objective manner.</p></li><li data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"1930\"><p data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1930\">Participate in and support lectures, sessions, meetings, and staff education.</p></li><li data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2029\"><p data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"2029\">Listen and provide informal support to guests, directing concerns to appropriate clinical staff.</p></li><li data-start=\"2030\" data-end=\"2144\"><p data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2144\">Assist with the admission process for new guests, including room preparation, luggage handling, and orientation.</p></li><li data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2228\"><p data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2228\">Conduct non-invasive guest searches under the guidance of the Nursing department.</p></li><li data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2328\"><p data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2328\">Monitor and ensure completion of guest chores;
