This role is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing or quality environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts and materials&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document inspection results and maintain accurate records&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and report non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures (ISO/AS standards as applicable)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform first article inspections (FAI) as required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a clean and organized inspection area&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all safety procedures and company policies</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of quality inspection experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in a manufacturing environment required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency with measuring tools and inspection equipment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail and documentation skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards is a plus&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to work overtime as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Schedule &amp; Compensation:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full-time position (40 hours per week)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Overtime required based on production needs&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We offer a generous compensation package, which includes competitive hourly up to $20.00 p/h D.O.E, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, Vacation &amp; sick/personal days and Life insurance. $250.00 SIGN-ON BONUS</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong> High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus.
