Join our dynamic team and help shape the future of healthcare.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Manufacturing Engineering Manager</strong> to lead and develop the engineering function at our site in Israel. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting production, and leading the transfer of products from R&D into manufacturing in a regulated medical environment.</p>\n<p>You will play a key role in improving process efficiency, product quality, and scalability, all whilst building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. Reporting to VP Ops Israel with extensive exposure and interaction with other global manufacturing sites.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and develop a team of manufacturing/production engineers (8 employees)</li>\n <li>Drive <strong>continuous improvement initiatives</strong> (yield, scrap reduction, cycle time, OEE)</li>\n <li>Own <strong>NPI/transfer-to-production </strong>processes, including validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)</li>\n <li>Manage <strong>engineering changes (ECO)</strong> and configuration control</li>\n <li>Oversee design and implementation of <strong>manufacturing tools, jigs, and fixtures</strong></li>\n <li>Support production in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues</li>\n <li>Lead selection, installation and qualification of new equipment</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality and Operations</li>\n <li>Build and execute <strong>annual engineering roadmap and KPIs</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>BSc. in Mechanical / Materials Engineering (or similar)</li>\n   <li><strong>5+ years in manufacturing engineering</strong> (preferably medical devices)</li>\n   <li><strong>3+ years in people management</strong></li>\n   <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)</strong></li>\n   <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>ISO 13845 / regulated environments</strong></li>\n   <li>Experience with <strong>process improvements methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma – advantage)</strong></li>\n   <li>Proven experience in scaled manufacturing and mass production  </li>\n   <li>CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD – advantage)</li>\n   <li>Fluent Hebrew and English</li>\n  </ul><p><strong>What Success Looks Like </strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Reduction in scrap / rework</li>\n   <li>Improved production stability and throughput</li>\n   <li>Smooth NPI transfers without delays</li>\n   <li>Strong, independent engineering team</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
