Unleashing Your Potential </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account</li>\n <li>RRSP matching program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services</li>\n <li>Lead vendor sourcing, RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations to achieve optimal commercial and contractual terms</li>\n <li>Support licensing management, renewals, true-ups, and audits for software and SaaS vendors</li>\n <li>Review, negotiate, and coordinate contracts, Statements of Work, NDAs, and amendments in collaboration with Legal</li>\n <li>Partner with IT and business teams to understand requirements, timelines, and technical constraints</li>\n <li>Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, security standards, and financial controls</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate vendor, contract, and asset records within procurement and ERP systems</li>\n <li>Track spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget planning and forecasting</li>\n <li>Manage vendor performance, escalations, and ongoing supplier relationships</li>\n <li>Support PO creation, invoice validation, and coordination with Accounts Payable</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting IT asset management practices, including asset inventory tracking, lifecycle management, reconciliation with procurement and finance records, and supporting audits or compliance reviews.</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, facilities, security, finance, and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery</li>\n <li> Hands-on experience managing IT hardware installation and deployment vendors, including cabling, network infrastructure, security systems, and on-site services</li>\n <li>Strong background in coordinating and renewing software, SaaS, maintenance, and support agreements, including tracking terms, notice periods, and renewal timelines</li>\n <li>Experience supporting a multi-site organization with geographically distributed locations and varying operational requirements</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent procurement initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field</li>\n <li>5 to 8 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and IT infrastructure purchasing</li>\n <li>Experience negotiating contracts and commercial terms with technology vendors</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ERP platforms, and ticketing systems.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with professional services engagements, Statements of Work, and vendor performance management</li>\n <li>Contract negotiation and commercial acumen</li>\n <li>Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and process-driven mindset</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<u></u></strong><u></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
