Job Summary In this fully onsite position, the Plant FP&A Lead serves as the primary finance partner for the Cidra manufacturing site and a key member of the Site Leadership Team. This role provides financial leadership to support operational performance, cost discipline, and strategic decision‑making for the plant. The position oversees site‑level financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and capital investment evaluation while ensuring accurate representation of plant results in partnership with Controllership and Global Financial Services. The Plant FP&A Lead works cross‑functionally with all departments within the facility to drive financial transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
