          "text": "<p><strong>Responsibilities for Mid-level Mechanical Engineer:</strong></p><p>The successful candidate shall be able to work independently with minimal supervision from a Sr. Mechanical engineer for tasks as follows:</p><ul><li>Plan, conceptualize, and create HVAC mechanical designs for new and retrofit buildings/projects in the mission critical environment</li><li>Duct design/piping design experience</li><li>Central plant cooling design</li><li>Perform typical HVAC engineering calculations to support design work</li><li>Create technical drawings, plans, and specifications (using computer software) for review by Sr. Engineer</li><li>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors</li><li>Ensure project timelines are met and project stays within budget</li><li>Able to travel to project sites</li></ul>",
