We’re seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with strong full-stack development experience and a specialisation in Azure operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building distributed applications using DAPR, as well as hands-on skills across both frontend and backend development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using .NET and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Vue.js).</li>\n<li>Architecting and implementing microservices-based solutions, leveraging Azure cloud services and DAPR.</li>\n<li>Managing cloud-native operations, including deployment, monitoring, and optimisation of distributed systems.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, high-performing software.</li>\n<li>Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and observability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in C#/.NET Core.</li>\n<li>Proven track record in full-stack development (frontend and backend).</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Service Bus, AKS, Functions, etc.).</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with DAPR and building distributed/microservice architectures.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native DevOps practices.</li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.</li>\n<li>A self-starter mindset with good time management and analytical skills.</li>\n<li>BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What's the hiring process?</span><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>An initial call with our People team to discuss your application. <br></li>\n<li>A one-way video interview, structured and reviewed manually by the hiring manager. </li>\n<li>A technical interview with the hiring team, consisting of a live coding exercise. </li>\n<li>A final interview with our CTO. </li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why work with us?</span></p>\n<p>AIQ Group is a multi-product SaaS business, bringing together ExpenseIn and AccountsIQ, and recently ranked #477 in the Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies in 2026.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a forward-thinking and collaborative organisation, we combine drive, energy and ambition with a supportive, down-to-earth culture that enables people to do their best work.
