Onyx+East is developing and building in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus (OH), Tampa and St. Petersburg.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Onyx+East is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our Indiana, Ohio, and Florida markets. This role oversees day-to-day marketing operations, digital communications, vendor coordination, and community marketing efforts while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing &amp; Design. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a passion for real estate, homebuilding, branding, and customer experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Manage and execute email marketing campaigns for Indiana and Ohio markets while overseeing campaign deployment and coordination for Florida communities.</p><p>· Maintain and update company website, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.</p><p>· Provide support to sales teams as needed for listing updates across various online platforms.</p><p>· Assist the Director of Marketing &amp; Design with advertising initiatives and regularly review campaign analytics, performance metrics, and reporting.</p><p>· Research emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends to support strategic initiatives.</p><p>· Support event planning and coordination across markets.</p><p>· Develop and coordinate community blogs, company news articles, and press releases in partnership with SEO and PR agencies.</p><p>· Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral with external creative partners.</p><p>· Maintain and update internal marketing templates, presentations, and sales materials using platforms such as Visme.</p><p>· Manage relationships with print vendors and oversee collateral production for Indiana and Ohio markets while overseeing Florida collateral.</p><p>· Coordinate community signage design, production, and installation across all markets.</p><p>· Support brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and communications.</p><p>· Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and realtor partners to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.</p><p>· Coordinate marketing partnerships, events, and promotional opportunities within key markets.</p><p><br></p>",
