You're here to build a career in sales. This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You'll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors across European markets - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive. VisioLab sells to stadiums, arenas, universities, and hospitality operators across Europe. If you can hold a conversation with a venue manager in Amsterdam and an F&B director in Munich in the same week, you'll thrive here. What you'll do Prospect into target accounts across sports, entertainment, and hospitality in Europe Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline through creative outreach Book and support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and operators Learn the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first touch to signed contract Transition to an Account Executive role as you demonstrate mastery of the sales motion Work closely with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy What you'll bring Some experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role Natural curiosity and a competitive edge. You want to win and you want to learn Excellent written and verbal communication in English. German is a strong plus, additional European languages are a bonus Comfort with outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, events Familiarity with CRM tools, HubSpot preferred Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three Resilience.
