Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle at Hyper Solutions, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations. This role assists with recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee documentation, and performance review processes. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership teams, the HR Coordinator helps maintain a positive employee experience while supporting the operational and compliance needs of a rapidly growing organization. Core Responsibilities Support Talent Acquisition efforts by scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS). Coordinate and manage background checks and new-hire onboarding processes. Organize and execute onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless employee start experience. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate electronic filing and documentation compliance. Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration processes. Support performance review cycles and related documentation. Provide administrative and operational support across HR initiatives and programs. Additional Responsibilities Assist with employee relations matters and HR inquiries as needed. Support HR reporting and documentation tracking. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
