The detailer ensures any and all vehicle is properly washed and prepped for sale and cleans service customer vehicles, when applicable. Lot maintenance may be required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 12pt\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">1.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Cleans and refurbishes new and used automobiles, performing any combination of following duties: Washes vehicle exterior to clean cars, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">2.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">3.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Vacuums interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using vacuum cleaner.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">4.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">5.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Applies revitalizing solutions and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces, and treats fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">6.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">7.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Applies special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials, which do not respond to normal cleaning procedures, utilizing experience and following recommendations of product manufacturer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">8.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Applies paint to chipped body surfaces of vehicle, using container of touchup paint.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">9.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Applies dyes and reconditioning chemical to vinyl tops of vehicle to restore color and condition.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">10.   </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Applies road salt when needed.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">11.   </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Aids in the removal of snow from lot and vehicles.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">12.   </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as assigned</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 12pt\">Competencies</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">1.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Attention to detail</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">2.     </span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">Time management<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 12pt\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt\">This job operates in the detail bay.
