The Laborer performs various manual labor tasks around the plant. The Laborer will also assist in the maintenance of the plant and equipment.&nbsp;</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Pay:</strong> $20-23</div><div><strong>Shift/Schedule:</strong> Night Shift (6pm-4am)</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div><ul><li>Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability</li><li>Year round, non-weather dependent employment</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Program</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>The Laborer will:</div><div><ul><li>Perform manual labor around the plant area (i.e. shoveling) to keep area accessible and clean</li><li>Service equipment as needed (i.e. minor adjustments, lubrication)</li><li>Report any noticeable malfunctions or damage to equipment</li><li>Clean material build-up on conveyors, catwalks, and screens</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Skills</strong></div><div>The ideal candidate will have:</div><div><ul><li>Basic Mechanical aptitude</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and ability to push, pull, and/or pry</li><li>Ability to sit, stand or walk for an extended period of time and work in an environment with noise and temperature variations</li><li>Work outside for an extended period of time and ability to work at elevated heights</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>To Apply</strong></div><div>Please submit a resume.
