You’ll bring strong UX craft, a service design mindset, and a curious, collaborative energy to every project you touch.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role is hands-on: you’ll work closely with senior designers and strategists to research, design, and deliver human-centred solutions for digital and physical experiences.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">With great progression, the chance to work with the latest technology and some of the world’s most famous brands, a normal day in the role of the </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mid-Weight Experience Designer</span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\"> includes:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deliver human-centred design outcomes across digital and physical experiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct and synthesise <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">user research</span>, such as interviews, workshops, journey maps, and usability testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes</span> in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Figma</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Miro</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">co-design sessions</span> and capture insights that guide design decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate daily with creative, strategy, and technology teams to connect brand, design, and experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Akcelo’s design system</span> and experience frameworks.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3–5 years’ experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">experience, UX, or service design</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confident using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Figma</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Miro</span>, and related tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to conduct and synthesise research, create design artefacts, and prototype solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Clear communicator who enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Portfolio that demonstrates <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">end-to-end design thinking</span> and real project outcomes.<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Desirable</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting or co-facilitating workshops.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with accessibility standards, behavioural design, or design systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">An interest in emerging tools (AI, motion, or data-driven experience design).<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Who are we?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Founded in 2019, Akcelo is expanding globally.
