    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Service Representatives – ON SITE - First Shift available.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Loss Prevention Services, a Call Center service provider in the Financial Services Industry, is looking for full time Customer Service Representatives to join our rapidly growing Team! These are 8-hour shifts, five consecutive workdays per week. First and Second Shifts are available. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY - WORK MUST BE PERFORMED ON SITE IN OUR FACILITY.  </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THESE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT OUR NATCHEZ BASED OFFICES. First Shift -</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> 8:00am- 5:00pm </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Successful Candidates will have:</p>\n<p>Trained as Subject Matter Experts on our clients and services.</p>\n<p>Entering and updating information into databases.</p>\n<p>Verifying information which has been received from Clients and Field Staff.</p>\n<p>Following up with Clients and Field Staff by Telephone and Email.</p>\n<p>Providing accurate and timely information regarding our services.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What you bring to the table:</p>\n<p>Previous experience with customer service and administrative tasks preferred.</p>\n<p>Data Entry experience, and solid/basic  knowledge of Microsoft Office.</p>\n<p>Positive and professional demeanor.</p>\n<p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
