We are a full service manufacturer of fixtures, furniture, and graphic products specializing in the retail automotive segment with OEMs and the dealer network. Given our growth, we are currently in search of a number of skilled Custom/Finish Carpenters to support our current workload. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a world class work environment!</p><p><strong>Essential Functions (including, but not limited to)</strong></p><ul><li>Quickly and accurately assemble an array of millwork products (desks, cabinets, architectural millwork, etc.) utilizing hand tools and various adhesives</li><li>Utilize hand tools to help shape/finish custom and program products</li><li>Cross-train over time to learn the various aspects of our operation and select a specific millwork focus as a career path</li><li>Review blueprints/production documents to ensure proper assembly</li><li>Lift and move various components of our millwork products</li><li>Examine cut materials for defects and to ensure conformity to size and other specification standards</li><li>Clean and maintain assigned work area(s)</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Requirements (including, but not limited to)</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience utilizing hand tools (3+ year)</li><li>The ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds</li><li>The ability to learn to read and interpret builder specifications/diagrams</li><li>Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) and the ability to use a tape measure</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to take and apply direction</li><li>A positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a hardworking approach</li><li>Ability to read a tape measure</li><li>The ability to safely lift heavy and cumbersome objects</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Architectural Millwork: 3 &ndash; 5 years</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Cabinet Making: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match</li><li>The chance to establish and grow a career</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
