Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget while applying project controls Ensure compliance with safety standards by coordinating training, collaborating with Safety/Environmental teams, and supporting audits Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, vendors) to ensure successful project execution Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders Define and document project scope, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and managing changes as needed Support RFQs and ensure installations meet design specifications and quality requirements Assist with commissioning plans, construction sequencing, and apply structured problem-solving to resolve issues Requirements: Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete complex projects effectively Experience working cross-functionally with teams from multiple disciplines Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse groups Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Understanding of project design, scope development, and change management processes Preferences:   Familiarity with construction environments and project processes Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
