Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Support the Project Manager in executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget while applying project controls</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards by coordinating training, collaborating with Safety/Environmental teams, and supporting audits</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, vendors) to ensure successful project execution</li><li>Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders</li><li>Define and document project scope, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and managing changes as needed</li><li>Support RFQs and ensure installations meet design specifications and quality requirements</li><li>Assist with commissioning plans, construction sequencing, and apply structured problem-solving to resolve issues</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills</li><li>Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete complex projects effectively</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with teams from multiple disciplines</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse groups</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)</li><li>Understanding of project design, scope development, and change management processes</li></ul><strong>Preferences:</strong> <ul><li>Familiarity with construction environments and project processes</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
