We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator with a heart for people and hospitality who can help create inviting environments where guests and church members feel known and cared for.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for the vision, planning, and oversight of the entire Hospitality Ministry. This includes all aspects of menu planning, kitchen management, internal catering needs, and volunteer relationships.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and oversee all hospitality environments efforts across Southall Church.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Plan and execute the menu for Sundays, Wednesdays, and Special Events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Recruit, train, schedule, and encourage hospitality volunteers and team leaders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help create warm, welcoming, and organized environments where guests and church </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">members feel seen, valued, and cared for.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate Sunday hospitality operations including breakfast, coffee, fellowship hall cleanliness and special events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure hospitality spaces remain clean, stocked, prepared, and ministry-ready throughout the week.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with ministry leaders to support church events, gatherings, and special initiatives that include meals or special hospitality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop systems and processes that help hospitality teams operate with excellence and consistency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage hospitality inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for the oversight of the ministry budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversight of the kitchen, including cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment according to health guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with other ministries for ordering supplies, food, drinks for office spaces.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated mature Christian character and personal commitment to Jesus Christ.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work both independently or collaboratively with other departments and church members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Self-motivated and willing to serve.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Good organizational and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in the hospitality space preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SCHEDULE: </span>Sunday - Thursday   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HOURS:</span> 40 <em>(must be available for special events, church meetings, etc)</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION:</span> TBD </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">STAFF LEVEL:</span> Coordinator: reports to the Connections Director</span><br></p>",
