    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We’re looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Property Senior Solicitor or Associate</span> to join our market-leading Property team in Tauranga.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This position offers the opportunity to take an active role in advising clients across a broad mix of property and private client matters. You’ll work closely with partners while managing your own files and contributing to matters involving property transactions, trusts, asset protection, and estate planning.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a key member of the team, you’ll be trusted to run matters efficiently, support client relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal advice. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the firm and, over time, play a role in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting the continued growth of the practice.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2–5 years’ PQE in property and private client law</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience managing or supporting a range of property transactions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent client service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with trusts, estate planning or asset protection is advantageous</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Our Property Team (including Private Client) works incredibly well together and enjoys collaborating with other teams across the firm and our offices.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About Us</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At Tompkins Wake, we take pride in our achievements and celebrate them often.
